Bible Study
Studying the bible is one of the most crucial practices in the Christian life. Through the Word of God, we know our Creator and his attribute. Through the Word of God, we know see His Holiness and our depravity. Through the Word of God we are not led astray into a gospel of works but a gospel of grace through our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Through the Word of God we are given wisdom for our homes, our marriages and how we are to raise our children. Through the Word of God we we know how the church should be ordered and how God desires to be worship, Through the Word of God we see the answer to prayer as we are pruned and conformed to the image of Christ.
When we look at the state of church practice in the UK and listen to the beliefs of the average Christian, it becomes clear that to many have neglected the study of God’s Word.
